About Us

霏然酿造是2022年成立于苏州的精品蜂蜜酒酿造品牌。始于蜜酒,不止蜜酒。在强烈的好奇心和探索欲的驱动下,我们想要酿造更多能让人愉悦品饮的高品质蜂蜜酒、啤酒和桶陈酒款等。我们笃信改善主义(Kaizen),坚持在每一批次都选择已知最好的原材料和更优的酿造工艺,不断把更好的作品和更美妙感官体验,与大家一同分享。

 

Tulipifera Meadery is a craft meadery founded in Suzhou in 2022. We started with mead, but did not stop there. Driven by intense curiosity and a spirit of exploration, we aim to create more varieties of high-quality mead, beer, barrel-aged beverages, and more – all crafted for enjoyable drinking. We firmly embrace the philosophy of Kaizen (continuous improvement). With every batch, we commit to selecting the best-known ingredients and refining our brewing processes. This dedication allows us to consistently share better creations and more delightful sensory experiences with everyone.

 赤樱赋-樱桃蜂蜜酒 

 Cherry Cantata-Still Mead 

 

历时半年匠心酿造,极致展现工艺追求。选用酸樱桃、荔枝蜜与薰衣草蜜混合发酵,成就红宝石般璀璨酒体。香气层层递进:浓郁紫罗兰与玫瑰花香交织,红色浆果气息萦绕,伴随优雅木质调与蜂蜜的温润甜感。入口甜感清润透亮,酸度鲜活明快,单宁质地如丝般细腻,每一口啜饮皆带来无尽愉悦。

 

Crafted over six months with meticulous artistry, this mead embodies the pinnacle of our craftsmanship. A blend of tart cherries, lychee blossom honey, and lavender honey co-ferments to create a radiant ruby-hued elixir. Layered aromatics unfold: intense violet and rose florals intertwine with red berry essence, elegantly framed by woody notes and the honeyed warmth. On the palate, delicate sweetness balances bright, vivacious acidity, while silky tannins caress the senses. Each sip delivers profound, lingering delight.

 

暗夜花火-黑巧太妃糖华夫艾尔 

 Dark Night Anthos Dark Mild 

 

轻盈却深邃,专注于纯粹的麦芽灵魂。选用Marris Otter麦芽构建经典英式骨架,搭配焦糖华夫饼麦芽、五种结晶麦芽及少量巧克力麦芽,并以经典EKG酒花带来温和苦度支撑,风味干爽立体。深棕色的酒体中,散发着浓郁的榛果、太妃糖、巧克力与华夫饼的温暖香气。

 

Light yet profound, it embraces the pure essence of malt. Marris Otter malt forms the classic English backbone, complemented by caramel waffle malt, five varieties of crystal malts, and a touch of chocolate malt. Classic EKG hops contribute moderate bitterness, imparting a dry, layered flavor profile. The deep brown body exudes rich, warm aromas of hazelnut, toffee, chocolate, and waffle.

 

 片羽-六年干邑雪莉双桶陈加强型苹果酒 

 Ethereal-Double Barrel Aged Fortified Apple Wine

 

名字源于吉光片羽,指残存于世的珍惜之物。不因材贵有寸伪,不为技繁省一工。我们认为,片羽也适用于某种精神,某种坚持。片羽选用Pink Lady, Granny Smith和Fuji三种不同苹果,混合搭配出理想的甜酸比例和多元风味。把一部分充分发酵后蒸馏,将香气浓缩至极,再加入另一部分正在发酵的酒液中,保留了苹果的清甜原味。融合后入桶,交由时间打磨。六年的双桶陈酿,赋予了酒体夺目的琥珀色,以及奶油话梅、盐渍葡萄、果脯、红茶和蜂蜜等曼妙风味,浓郁甜美,芳香甘醇。

 

Its name refers to a rare, precious relic - something cherished that has survived through time. Our philosophy is simple yet unwavering: Never compromise on quality for expensive materials; never cut corners for complex techniques. To us, Ethereal is more than a name - it embodies a spirit, a commitment to persistence and integrity in every step of our craft.

 

For Ethereal, we handpicked three apple varieties - Pink Lady, Granny Smith, and Fuji - blending them to achieve the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity, as well as a multi-layered, nuanced flavor profile. The brewing process is a labor of love: a portion of the apples is fully fermented, then distilled to concentrate their aromas to an intense, pure essence. This distilled liquid is then added back to another batch of fermenting wine, preserving the fresh, natural sweetness of the apples while enhancing their depth.

 

After blending, the wine is aged in barrels, where time works its magic. Six years of double-barrel aging imparts a striking amber color and unlocks a symphony of flavors: creamy preserved plum, salted grape, dried fruit, black tea, and hints of honey. The result is a wine that is rich and sweet, with an aromatic complexity and a smooth, mellow finish—each sip a testament to our dedication to craftsmanship and the belief that good things come to those who wait.
